Profit Partner Group will NEVER reveal any of the details of the meetings or reports to
anyone or any organization without the express written consent of the prospective client-
partner.
Additionally, Profit Partner Group will not confirm the existence of a past or current
project with a client-partner without permission of said client-partner.
The KICK-OFF appointments and either of THE GO-LIVE packages may all be held in-person,
over the phone, or via Google Meet. The decision how to hold each meeting will be determined
by agreement between the client-partner and Profit Partner Group. However, it may become
necessary to make occasional changes to that format, depending upon circumstances and schedling.
That decision is up to the sole descretion of Profit Partner Group. If we agree to hold the
meeting over Google Meet, then you'll find a big blue button in the calendar invite to
join the meeting.
If you do not have access to a computer, please contact Rob at Profit Partner Group to make
alternate arrangements.
Additional Office Hours are simple phone calls, NOT video conferencing. Profit Partner Group
will call the phone number that was entered at the day/time that you scheduled the Office Hours.
All Appointments are bound by a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule,
you may do so anytime up until 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you attempt to cancel or
reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will lose your session. Please email Rob directly
to schedule an alternate day / time. We will do our best to accomodate your request.
There are NO refunds for purchased services.
An email address is required at the time that the appointment is scheduled. When you schedule an
appointment of any type, your email address will automatically be added to our mailing list. This means
you'll receive blog updates 2-4 times monthly in addition to occasional special offers/announcements.
